How we work

Firstly, you will get to know our team in one or two preliminary meetings. This is important to us - we want to achieve your goals together, which is only possible if we like each other and build trust in each other. We also want to find out more about your objectives in these meetings.

As soon as we have agreed on our collaboration, we usually follow up with a workshop with your management team in which we examine your project together and define the strategy and structure for its implementation. We also evaluate the form, length and intensity of the support we should provide and then submit a customised offer for our consulting, products and services.

During the implementation phase, we work in an agile manner, i.e. we are in constant dialogue with you and always incorporate all new requirements and ideas into our consulting work. You are in the driving seat, if you like.

If your team does not (yet) have the necessary knowledge, we will be happy to take the lead and gradually transfer more and more tasks to your team, while remaining at your side to help and advise - even after implementation.
